The "Four Faces of Talents in Central" video series is a sequel of the online drama video series "STEPS". The video series introduces four growing areas of the financial industry, namely, Data Science, Fintech, Green and Sustainable Finance, and Wealth Management. It aims at enhancing the public’s understanding of these areas and arousing young generation’s interest in developing their career in the financial industry, thus enhancing Hong Kong’s competitiveness as an international financial centre in the long-run.

The video series comprises two parts - drama videos and interview videos. In the drama videos, the protagonist plays the role of practitioners of the four key areas. Adopting a dramatic and humourous approach, daily scenes of office lives are deployed to illustrate how the behaviour of practitioners of different characters varies. Seasoned practitioners and young talents of the respective areas are invited to share their views about the work, job requirements, promotion opportunities and market prospects in the interview videos.
