The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) announced today the progress of its banking complaint cases at the end of March 2013. These cases include customer complaints about banking products or services as well as other cases referred by our banking departments and other regulators.
In March 2013, 70 cases were received and 99 cases were completed. As at end March, the handling of 1,274 cases was in progress.
