  • Visitors will be admitted on a first come first served basis.
  • Guided tours are temporarily suspended.

Precautionary Measures

  • To further strengthen the hygiene of the facilities, enhanced cleansing and disinfection in between sessions are conducted. Alcohol hand sanitisers will be available for use.
  • Exhibits and facilities at the Centre have been sanitised with anti-microbial coating (i.e. Hikari Gin Tech (HGT) and Microbe Shield).
  • All visitors are required to have their body temperature screened and make a health declaration at the G/F concierge counter. Those with fever symptoms or failing to complete the health declaration form properly will not be admitted.
  • All visitors should bring and wear a mask to protect themselves and others.

The HKMA will review the situation and adjust relevant preventive measures as and when necessary. For enquiries, please contact us at 2878 1111.

The HKMA Information Centre, consisting of an exhibition centre and a library, is an important resource for introducing the work of the HKMA to the community and promoting public awareness of monetary and banking matters.

The Centre is open to the public since 1 December 2003. Admission is free.

Guided tours are available on a daily basis. Group visits for schools, tertiary institutions, and non-profit organisations can also be arranged upon request.
