The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) is charged with the responsibility for maintaining the stability and integrity of the monetary and financial systems of Hong Kong.  There is now an excellent opportunity for eligible candidates to apply for the following position:

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise and supervise logistics arrangement, and onsite execution for meetings and events hosted by the HKMA
  • Consolidate relevant event information and provide solutions to meet users' requirements
  • Prepare budget and handle procurement of goods and services related to events and projects
  • Arrange and monitor the service provision of causal labour to ensure efficient and quality delivery
  • Provide support to other administrative duties as and when required

 

Requirements

  • University degree
  • At least 2 years of solid work experience in event or project coordination
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Responsible and with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email system
  • Need to work outside normal office hours as and when required

 

Conditions of service

  • Appointment will be made on fixed contract terms
  • A competitive remuneration package will be offered.  There is flexibility to take account of additional experience and qualifications
