The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) is charged with the responsibility for maintaining the stability and integrity of the monetary and financial systems of Hong Kong.  There is now an excellent opportunity for eligible candidates to apply for the following post:

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support the full recruitment cycle, including but not limited to job posting, interview and assessment, offer negotiation and onboarding arrangement
  • Liaise with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders in the administration of recruitment activities, and handle relevant staff enquiries
  • Perform other HR-related projects or ad-hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements

 

  • University degree
  • At least one year of relevant experience in the human resources management, with knowledge of labour-related ordinances
  • Highly conversant with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of PeopleSoft HR system preferable
  • Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Appointment will be made on fixed contract terms
