The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) is charged with the responsibility for maintaining the stability and integrity of the monetary and financial systems of Hong Kong.  There is now an excellent opportunity for eligible candidates to apply for the following position:

Systems Analyst (Information Technology) – Identity Management and Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and end-user support for the corporate Identity Management system
• Identify and resolve technical issues in Windows Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS), Identity Management and the File and Print system in private cloud environment
• Coordinate and supervise IT vendors for system implementation and support
• Implement IT security controls to conform to audit requirements
• Oversee system patch management, backup strategy and disaster recovery operations

Requirements

• University degree in information technology, computer engineering, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in supporting on-premises Windows Active Directory and ADFS as a system administrator
• Strong technical skills in Windows Active Directory, Domain Controller, storage network and files backup / restore facilities
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert Productivity certification preferred
• Knowledge of Windows security and cyber-attack prevention techniques
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Appointment will be made on fixed contract terms
