The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) announced today the progress of its banking complaint cases at the end of September 2013. These cases include customer complaints about banking products or services as well as other cases referred by our banking departments and other regulators.
In September 2013, 92 cases were received and 174 cases were completed. As at end September, the handling of 709 cases is in progress.
