The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) is charged with the responsibility for maintaining the stability and integrity of the monetary and financial systems of Hong Kong.  There is now an excellent opportunity for eligible candidates to apply for the following position in the Hong Kong FMI Services Limited (HKFMI), a wholly owned subsidiary of the HKMA:

Senior Officer (Corporate Governance)

Key Responsibilities

• Support corporate governance issues of the HKFMI, and provide secretariat support to the board of the company
• Liaise with external parties, including Company Secretary to ensure compliance with various requirements on the company
• Collaborate with teams of the HKFMI and relevant departments of the HKMA on various matters of the company, including human resources, administrative and finance issues
• Coordinate returns from teams of the HKFMI and the relevant departments of the HKMA on various surveys / reports requested by the government departments and organisations
• Support the relevant department of the HKMA, including coordination of inputs and participation in international meetings

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in business, accounting, finance or related fields
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge in financial market infrastructure, fintech and company secretarial field an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders
• Well-versed in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
