The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) is charged with the responsibility for maintaining the stability and integrity of the monetary and financial systems of Hong Kong.  There is now an excellent opportunity for eligible candidates to apply for the following position:

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in handling feedback and enquiries (including hotline, email and other forms) relating to access to account opening and maintenance, and SME lending  
  • Assist in maintaining the dedicated webpage on the HKMA’s website
  • Compile management and statistical reports on the subject matter
  • Contribute to policy development and work with different stakeholders to promote financial inclusion

 

Requirements

 

  • University degree in banking, finance, business administration or related fields
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience gained in financial institutions or banking industry.  Experience in handling customers / complaints an advantage
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and versatile, and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

  • Appointment will be made on fixed contract terms
