The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) announced today the progress in banking complaints handled by it as at end-November 2014. Banking complaints include cases concerning general banking services and conduct issues.
In November 2014, 90 cases were received and 91 cases were completed. As at end-November, the handling of 385 cases was in progress.
