Senior Manager (Market Outreach)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to formulate marketing strategies to raise Hong Kong’s profile as an IFC, including:
- Communicate and collaborate proactively with internal and external parties to organise and execute events, covering aspects such as pre-event planning and on-site logistics to ensure smooth running of the events
- Contribute significantly to written content, such as messages and briefing materials for marketing and internal reporting purposes
- Conduct desktop research and analysis on HK’s competitiveness
- Play a major role in coordinating and liaising with agencies in private and public sectors for promotion, PR and other ad hoc projects
- Establish and maintain solid working relationship with key industry stakeholders
- Work closely and coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment in the overall messaging
- Manage and lead the efforts on Outreach Message Broadcast
Requirements
- University degree in marketing, public relations or related fields
- At least five years of relevant experience in PR, corporate communications, event management, preferably gained in banks, financial institutions or government; experience in e-marketing an advantage
- Strong project management, communications and interpersonal skills. Attention to details and ability to multi-task a must
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua with excellent writing skills
- Flexible and nimble approach to engage with external stakeholders
Conditions of service
- Appointment will be made on fixed contract terms
