The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) is charged with the responsibility for maintaining the stability and integrity of the monetary and financial systems of Hong Kong.  There is now an excellent opportunity for eligible candidates to apply for the following position:

Manager (Human Resources)

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training and development programs in alignment with the organizational objectives and training curriculum
  • Design and implement targeted training and development modules for potential staff and talent programs
  • Drive and launch the organisation's Learning Management System to support digitalization initiatives
  • Liaise with external consultants and identify suitable training partners to enhance the organisation's training portfolios
  • Analyse training outcomes, track key metrics, and drive continuous improvement to keep pace with market trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with HR teams to support talent management initiatives
  • Provide support to ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

 

Requirements

 

  • University degree in human resource management, training and development or related fields
  • At least 3 years’ solid experience in talent management and organisational development work in sizeable organisations
  • Good people skills with strong ability to work and interact with different levels of staff within the organisation
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua an advantage
  • Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing

 

Conditions of service

 

  • Appointment will be made on fixed contract terms
