The Exchange Fund Advisory Committee (EFAC) endorsed the RI framework and guiding principle for implementation by our Exchange Fund Investment Office (EFIO) responsible for managing the Exchange Fund.

The Investment Sub-Committee (ISC) of the EFAC exercises the oversight of ESG and climate risks associated with the Exchange Fund’s investments.

Within the HKMA, the implementation of RI is co-ordinated and overseen by the EFIO ESG Committee with specialist input from the Risk and Compliance Department of the EFIO.
