HKMC’s Social Bonds Allocation Update and Impact Report 2024

The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited (HKMC) today (30 August) published its Social Bonds Allocation Update and Impact Report 2024 (Report).  The Report mainly discloses the allocation of the net proceeds of the two social bond issuances launched by the HKMC in 2022 and 2023, as well as their social impacts as of 30 June 2024.  An Independent Practitioner’s Limited Assurance Report was issued by PricewaterhouseCoopers on the reported allocation and selected information disclosed in the Report.
