The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) announced today the progress made in its handling of banking complaints received as at end-May 2015. Banking complaints include cases concerning general banking services and conduct issues.
In May 2015, 118 cases were received and 95 cases were completed. As at end-May, the handling of 481 cases was in progress.
