The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) announced today the progress made in its handling of banking complaints received as at end-February 2015. Banking complaints include cases concerning general banking services and conduct issues.
In February 2015, 107 cases were received and 91 cases were completed. As at end-February, the handling of 464 cases was in progress.
