Progress on banking complaints handled by HKMA

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) announced today the progress on banking complaints handled by it as at end-September 2014.  Banking complaints include cases concerning general banking services and conduct issues.

In September 2014, 99 cases were received and 101 cases were completed.  As at end-September, the handling of 440 cases was in progress. 

A table summarising the progress on banking complaints handled by the HKMA is attached.
