The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) announced today the progress of its banking complaint cases at the end of February 2014. These cases include customer complaints about banking products or services as well as other cases referred by our banking departments and other regulators.
In February 2014, 71 cases were received and 119 cases were completed. As at end February, the handling of 473 cases is in progress.
