HKMA Quarterly Bulletin (June 2013 Issue)

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) today (Wednesday) published the June 2013 issue of its Quarterly Bulletin.

The Quarterly Bulletin carries a feature article on the proposed regulatory regime for stored value facilities and retail payment systems in Hong Kong. The article explains the background, legislative proposals and benefits of the proposed regulatory regime, which is currently under public consultation launched by the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau and the HKMA.

This issue also carries the regular articles on the global and local economy, and the banking environment.

The Quarterly Bulletin can be viewed on and downloaded from the HKMA website.
