The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) announced today the progress of its banking complaint cases at the end of February 2013. These cases include both Lehman-Brothers-related and other non-Lehman-Brothers-related banking complaints as well as other cases referred by our banking departments and other regulators.
In February 2013, 54 cases were received and 70 cases were completed. As at end February, the handling of 1,303 cases was in progress.
