The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) announced today the progress made in its handling of banking complaints received as at end-April 2015. Banking complaints include cases concerning general banking services and conduct issues.
In April 2015, 110 cases were received and 97 cases were completed. As at end-April, the handling of 458 cases was in progress.
