The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) announced today the progress in banking complaints handled by it as at end-December 2014. Banking complaints include cases concerning general banking services and conduct issues.
In December 2014, 107 cases were received and 92 cases were completed. As at end-December, the handling of 400 cases was in progress.
