HKMA’s update on the operation of the banking system and financial market (46)

According to the reports to the HKMA from banks as at 8am today (25 November), 1 branch of 1 bank was affected and temporarily closed today.  In addition, 1 branch of 1 bank would shorten their business hours today. The HKMA has requested banks to resume normal services as soon as circumstances permit.  Customers should pay attention to the relevant banks’ announcements regarding affected branches and ATMs.   The HKMA will also publish on its website relevant updates from time to time.
