Progress on banking complaints handled by HKMA

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) announced today the progress on banking complaints handled by it as at end-October 2014.  Banking complaints include cases concerning general banking services and conduct issues. 

In October 2014, 72 cases were received and 126 cases were completed.  As at end-October, the handling of 386 cases was in progress.  

A table summarising the progress on banking complaints handled by the HKMA is attached.
