The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) announced today the progress on banking complaints handled by it as at end-July 2014. Banking complaints include cases concerning general banking services and conduct issues.
In July 2014, 137 cases were received and 122 cases were completed. As at end-July, the handling of 473 cases was in progress.
