Progress on banking complaints handled by HKMA


The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) announced today the progress on banking complaints handled by it as at end-June 2014.  Banking complaints include cases concerning general banking services and conduct issues.

In June 2014, 105 cases were received and 96 cases were completed.  As at end-June, the handling of 458 cases was in progress.

A table summarising the progress on banking complaints handled by the HKMA is attached.
