The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) announced today the progress on banking complaints handled by it as at end-March 2014. Banking complaints include cases concerning general banking services and conduct issues.
In March 2014, 124 cases were received and 131 cases were completed. As at end-March, the handling of 466 cases was in progress.
